As one of the early members of the Broker Partner Team, you’ll partner with leadership to shape how we grow and scale this critical part of the business, as Deel is investing heavily in the broker partner ecosystem. You will build lasting relationships through in-person engagements. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with insurance brokers to generate high-quality referrals, guiding clients through strategic decisions, meeting quota, becoming a product expert, staying informed about the competitive landscape, and collaborating cross-functionally. You will also be an activation expert.
