About the Role:
- Build and lead TRM's cyber mission practice from the ground up, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Focus on combating cybercrime and strengthening cyber resilience for governments and critical infrastructure.
- Own end-to-end mission outcomes, from sourcing opportunities to delivering programs.
What You'll Do:
- Develop TRM's cyber mission perspective and publish thought leadership.
- Source and qualify complex engagements, shaping scope and commercial structures.
- Launch new engagements and build the practice into repeatable models.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of cyber experience with credibility to decompose mission problems from first principles.
- Demonstrated commercial ownership of deals roughly $10M or more.
- Founder-like behavior and fluency in both private and public sectors.
