Product Manager, Workflows & Integrations

ABOUT US:

• Pencil is driving innovation in advertising technology with a SaaS product that harnesses Agentic AI to redefine content creation.
• Our mission is to make AI the default in advertising without replacing creative people, helping small businesses and creative individuals too.

THE ROLE:

• You will own the Workflows and Integrations product, covering the workflow builder, templates, scheduling, and third-party connections.
• You will make building a workflow simple for marketers and creatives, and integrate with digital asset management, file storage, translation services, and more.
• You will also own the workflow experience inside Scribble, our creative agent, enabling agents to find, build, change, and run workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define the durable problem, success metrics, and explicit scope for Workflows and Integrations, and grow adoption across every customer.
• Make runs dependable at volume with scheduling, run management, failure handling, and clear status so teams trust unattended execution.
• Partner with customers to turn repeated jobs into reusable workflows and templates, and work closely with the Scribble team on agent collaboration.
