As a People Operations Coordinator reporting to the People Operations Manager on our People & Culture team, youβll be the person who helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Whether itβs onboarding new team members, helping with system updates, or making sure processes go off without a hitchβyouβll make a big impact in the day-to-day experience of the team. As a People Operations Coordinator on our People & Culture team, you will: Take ownership of administrative tasks across the entire People & Culture department and assist with special projects with care and accuracy. Be responsible for all data entered, migrated, and extracted within our systems. Leverage AI to help the team work more efficiently. Own producing reports and scorecards to track progress for different team initiatives. Learn tools and systems with support from the manager. Bring attention to detail and value efficiency without cutting corners. Contribute to making sure employees are engaged and supported.
