Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a formal Voice of the Customer program across payer, provider, and government segments to surface unmet needs.
  • Produce semi-annual Market Intelligence reports on trends, white space, and competitive signals.
  • Broker feedback loops between market conversations and internal Marketing and Product teams.

Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Create and maintain Source of Truth documents for market segments, competitive landscape, and customer insight.
  • Synthesize qualitative insights into quantifiable evidence to support strategic and investment decisions.
  • Identify emerging regulatory requirements and international market signals for growth opportunities.

Requirements & Environment:

  • Requires 8+ years in Product Marketing or Market Intelligence within SaaS or Healthcare IT.
  • Needs experience designing VOC programs and translating insights into business cases.
  • Must be comfortable holding credible conversations with clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Role leverages AI tooling within a Claude Enterprise environment to accelerate insight synthesis.
