ASIA Regional Sr. Commercial Execution Manager

This role ensures a structured and effective Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, optimizing salesforce effectiveness, enhancing customer engagement with the digital transformation and AI utilization, and embedding best-in-class PDCA excellence and commercial capabilities to accelerate sustainable growth. The role collaborates closely with country teams, regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen commercial capabilities, refine market strategies, and align execution with business objectives. This position is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of PDCA framework and digital enablement across Asia.
