Junior Account Manager

This core role within the business involves harnessing and retaining our direct relationships with our accounts (university clubs) and their passengers. You will be customer-facing and will be at the front line of the company, representing Wasteland Travel in and out of the UK. The role includes elements such as account management, promotion support, sales, event delivery and customer service. You will be the main point of contact for the specific accounts that you are responsible for, booking them into their chosen resort and taking them through the process of promotion of their trip through to launching for their passengers. You will be deployed to ski resorts across the ski season to deliver resort weeks for hundreds of passengers to the highest standard. You will play a key part in mobilising our university student audience and engaging in everything that is the UK Student Snowsports scene.
