About the Role:
- Build Sezzle's formal privacy program on the NIST Privacy Framework from groundwork to operating program.
- Drive implementation of the enterprise data map, privacy risk assessments, and governance rhythm.
- Ensure data practices protect users across the US and Canada while enabling product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do:
- Run privacy review and own PIAs for new products, features, and third-party vendors.
- Build and maintain the enterprise data inventory and data map, managing consumer access and opt-out requests.
- Administer de-identification and aggregation standard and embed privacy-by-design with Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
What We Look For:
- 4+ years of experience managing data privacy programs in high-growth fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like NIST Privacy Framework, and deep knowledge of North American privacy laws.
- Product-enablement mindset and strong cross-functional communication skills.
