BDR Manager

At Pixaera, we’re a passionate team of builders who are dedicated to delivering solutions that empower people. The BDR Manager will own outbound pipeline generation across all regions and channels, and lead a global team of BDRs. This role requires designing and executing outbound playbooks and partnering with marketing and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams, fluency in tools like Outreach and Salesforce, and a deep understanding of the full funnel.
