Act as primary contact for new commercial and business clients throughout the account opening process.
Open commercial checking, money market, CD, and specialized business accounts.
Guide clients through documentation requirements and assist in structuring accounts.

Cash Management & Treasury Service Setup:

Assist clients with setup and management of digital treasury services.
Deliver training and onboarding on digital platforms and tools to clients.
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient service implementation.

Digital Banking Support:

Serve as the primary contact for Tier 1 service and technical inquiries related to online and mobile banking platforms.
Address troubleshooting of digital banking tools.
Monitor and respond to support queues and shared inboxes to ensure timely, accurate resolution.
