Implementation & Project Support:
- Assist with onboarding new customers onto the Eltropy platform, including AI-powered Voice and Digital Agents.
- Coordinate tasks, schedules, and meetings to help ensure timely go-lives with quality.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Learn the Technology:
- Gain hands-on experience with integrations to online banking, core banking, lending, and telephony systems.
- Build expertise on Eltropy’s platform capabilities including Voice, Video, Text, AI Assistants, and AI Agents.
- Understand key financial services processes for lending, new accounts, and collections.
Customer Training & Enablement:
- Create and deliver customer training using AI-generated video, virtual sessions, and documentation.
- Build and customize training resources to improve onboarding for credit unions and community banks.
- Advocate for customer needs and identify product or process improvements based on real-world use cases.
