Role Overview:
- Provide outsourced accounting and financial reporting services to clients across multiple industries.
- Work as an extension of each client's finance team to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end close activities, including prepaids, accruals, and depreciation.
- Process payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations in QuickBooks.
- Assist with GAAP work papers, trial balances, and financial statement preparation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA/BS degree in Accounting.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments effectively.
