Epic Ambulatory Rehab Analyst

Role Overview:

• Contract opportunity supporting a major Epic Rehab rollout.
• Fully remote position based in Brazil, with ASAP start expected through April or May 2027.
• Work with clinicians and operational stakeholders to improve rehab workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Support Epic Rehab implementation, including application build, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Evaluate and configure workflows for PT, OT, Speech Therapy, and related rehabilitation services.
• Investigate and resolve issues in live Epic production environments.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience supporting Epic Rehab workflows and functionality; Epic Rehab certification strongly preferred.
• Epic Ambulatory certification or significant hands-on Ambulatory experience.
• Strong experience with Epic application build, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience supporting multiple hospitals, clinics, or rehab sites in a shared Epic environment.
• Familiarity with rehab documentation, charging, scheduling, and clinical workflows.
• Prior involvement in Epic Rehab implementations or optimization initiatives.
