About the Role:
- Bring operational credibility behind Kontakt.io's ambulatory solutions across clinics, infusion centers, and ambulatory surgery.
- Report to the Head of Advisory and lead engagements on throughput, space utilization, patient wait times, and scheduling access.
- Go on-site after deployment to test, shadow, and document workflows, turning learnings into customer-specific documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in ambulatory operations such as clinic or practice management, infusion, ambulatory surgery, or patient access leadership.
- Fluency with access and throughput metrics and the ability to present them to executives.
- Bonus experience includes MHA/MBA, consulting or vendor-side work, Lean certification, or Epic Cadence familiarity.
