About the Role:
- Own the processes and day-to-day operations enabling frontline teams to deliver high-quality care at scale.
- Build, run, and improve programs across onboarding, support desk, and performance management.
What You'll Do:
- Own and improve operational processes, partnering with IT, Data, People, and other teams.
- Run day-to-day onboarding for clinical and non-clinical frontline teams.
- Execute high-priority special projects and drive work from kickoff to completion.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in healthcare operations, high-growth or tech-enabled care delivery preferred.
- Strong project management and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using automation and technology to streamline workflows; familiarity with Airtable is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Target base salary range of $102,000-$125,000 plus equity and benefits.
