Job Summary:
- Improve user experience by creating or enhancing applications and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage multiple high-complexity solutions and small projects.
Essential Functions:
- Lead through coaching, mentoring, and delegating; escalate during major incidents.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain solutions independently.
- Collaborate with teams to define design and testing scenarios.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business; 7-9 years experience.
- Hospital/healthcare workflow and Epic application experience required.
Remote Details:
- Remote eligible with telecommute option.
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, on-call rotations as required.
