What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end Epic implementations, overseeing design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
- Partner with clinical stakeholders to ensure adoption of best-practice workflows and system design.
- Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Six or more years of applicable work experience, including five years with electronic medical records.
- Experience leading an Epic implementation required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills; experience leading large teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive pay with annualized range of $90,251 to $158,662.

- Remote role with frequent travel up to 50-75% to hospital sites across the U.S.
