Epic Implementation Manager (Revenue Cycle)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Clinical Epic implementations including design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design, ensuring adoption of best-practice processes.
• Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes; oversee post-go-live transition to support teams.

Qualifications:

• Six or more years of applicable work experience with at least five years in electronic medical records.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with experience leading large teams.
