Essential Duties:
- Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle HCM functionalities to ensure optimal alignment.
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end HCM solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user working in a Human Resources department.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
