Job Description
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the lead technical product lead for B&W accounts throughout the sales process and partner with Account Executives to design solutions and share best practices. You'll demonstrate to prospects how Plaid can best address their use cases and technical requirements, engaging deeply with technical stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in.
You'll provide demonstrations, address technical questions, architect implementation solution(s) and handle RFP responses, taking a hands-on role in POCs. You'll also work with engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights. The role requires 7+ years of customer-facing experience selling to financial services and large enterprises, combining business experience and technical acumen.
