Job Description
The Client Lifecycle Specialist is a technical, client-facing role responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and deployment of Coretelligent’s managed IT and security solutions. Working closely with a Project Manager and other Client Lifecycle Specialists, this role serves as the technical bridge between our clients and internal engineering teams — ensuring that each environment is fully documented, properly configured, and ready for long-term success within our managed service model.
You’ll be directly involved in tool deployment, documentation, and environment readiness for new client onboarding projects — particularly those involving CoreArmor, Coretelligent’s flagship managed security offering. Responsibilities include partnering with the Project Manager and internal engineering teams to execute all technical aspects of new client onboarding projects; collaborating with fellow Client Lifecycle Specialists; creating clear, scalable technical documentation; and communicating proactively with clients to establish onboarding timelines.
