ServiceNow BCM Implementation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:

• Lead the technical configuration and advisory for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) module.
• Act as a bridge between the In-house ITSM/ServiceNow team and the Business Continuity Team (BCT).
• Focus on automating resilience processes to ensure critical operations remain functional during disruptions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide expert guidance to the BCT on best practices and integrate continuity workflows into the broader Integrated Risk Management (IRM) framework.
• Develop real-time dashboards and utilize Performance Analytics provide visibility into organizational readiness and recovery status.
• Collaborate with the ITSM team to leverage CSDM data and ensure recovery plans are grounded in accurate application and infrastructure dependencies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a focus on IRM and GRC implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Business Continuity Management (CIS-BCM) highly preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
