Job Description
In the Business Development Director role, you’ll lead expansion in acute care, owning a customer portfolio while building relationships and driving strategic account development. Responsibilities include developing revenue growth strategies, expanding the client base, planning customer outreach using Salesforce, and traveling to meet prospects. You will also maintain client relationships, present products, align client needs with business strengths, collaborate on contracts, research market trends, and support upselling.
Requirements: 7+ years of experience, strong relationship building skills, experience with business development strategies, conflict resolution skills, negotiation ability, hospital service experience, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, presentation skills, and computer-based skills including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
