Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project plans, discovery, and execution for learning initiatives by partnering with Product and customer-facing SMEs.
  • Diagnose adoption gaps and translate insights into prescriptive, workflow-based learning journeys aligned to the customer lifecycle.

Design & Development:

  • Design and develop high-quality learning experiences in formats like eCourses, videos, and job aids.
  • Apply adult learning principles, visual design standards, and AI-enabled tools to create engaging, accessible content.

Measurement & Innovation:

  • Define success measures, collect learner feedback and usage data to evaluate learning impact.
  • Contribute to the evolution of learning design practices by applying new approaches and tools to improve quality and effectiveness.
