Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
- Shape Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) capability as the way patients and doctors seek and find health information is rapidly changing.
- Develop frameworks, playbooks, and governance that guide clients through the shift from traditional SEO to generative engine optimization.
- Shape the roadmap for GEO offerings, methodologies, and testing models for Real Chemistry’s client portfolio.
Client Advisory:
- Serve as the strategic advisor to clients and internal teams on how AI-driven search and LLMs are reshaping discovery, content visibility, and brand strategy.
- Advise clients on structuring content and digital ecosystems for AI-readiness, including clarity, authority, semantic organization, and answer depth.
- Lead executive-level conversations and workshops on emerging AI/search behaviors and their implications for clients’ categories.
Analytics and Insights:
- Support analytics and insights deliverables by analyzing evolving user behaviors across LLMs, conversational interfaces, and AI-powered search platforms, and translating these insights into actionable client recommendations.
- Articulate the impact of changing search and discovery patterns on brand visibility, credibility, and content strategy as well as omnichannel measurement frameworks.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in AI-powered search, LLMs, and user discovery behaviors, proactively sharing perspectives and thought leadership with clients and internal teams.
