Senior Product Manager

Tekmetric is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our SaaS product for auto repair shops. As a part of a relatively small and growing team, you will have the unique opportunity to become influential in shaping our product. You will be responsible for guiding the product strategy and roadmap, as well as managing the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of the product. Responsibilities include defining and prioritizing product features, owning both discovery and delivery phases, executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, ensuring successful product launches, establishing KPIs, and building relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, strong analytical skills, experience with Kanban and product management tools like JIRA, and strong presentation skills.
