The Role:

  • You will own the strategy and execution of high-impact brand campaigns from first pitch through final report.
  • Act as the connective tissue between brands and creators, translating client objectives into campaign strategy.
  • Handle outreach, negotiation, contracting, compliance, and reporting.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end, including strategy, creator selection, and performance tracking.
  • Own the thinking behind each campaign: objectives, audiences, KPIs, budgets, and platform strategy.
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze effectiveness, and refine strategies based on data insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or account management.
  • Proven track record running campaigns end-to-end and growing high-profile brand or creator relationships.
  • Working knowledge of affiliate networks, creator platforms, social platforms, and AI tools.
