Senior IT Systems Engineer

As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will be a vital part of Included Health's Digital Workplace Engineering team. Your role involves partnering in the design, implementation, and management of our identity systems portfolio. You will work with IT peers and partner teams such as Operations, Cyber Security, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and HR. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving IT system issues, managing critical SaaS applications like Okta and Google Workspace, implementing SSO integrations with Okta, enhancing our IaC landscape with Terraform, and automating workflows. You'll also implement security improvements, document processes, and mentor the IT support team. The role requires leading complex projects and managing multiple work streams. Qualifications include 5+ years of relevant experience, expertise with SaaS applications and integrations, extensive experience with infrastructure as code in Terraform, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a high-growth company or the Technology/Healthcare industry is preferred.
