Role:
- Own documentation for one or more product domains, including planning, writing, and maintaining complex workflows.
- Conduct SME interviews and hands-on product research to translate technical designs into user-friendly content.
Program Development:
- Help shape the Help Center’s information architecture and content strategy.
- Partner with documentation manager to prepare, organize, and publish for the redesigned public Help Center.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of technical writing experience in a SaaS or software environment.
- Proficiency with Help Authoring Tools like Madcap Flare or RoboHelp and version control workflows.
- Strong collaboration and research skills to manage multiple projects and evolving requirements.
