Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end paid media and creative development strategies across a portfolio of DTC brands.
  • Own Meta Ads Manager operations, including campaign structure, audience strategy, budget allocation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze advertising data and translate insights into actionable creative briefs and campaign improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands with demonstrated ROAS results.
  • Strong understanding of performance creative principles, including hooks, copywriting, thumb-stopping concepts, and high-converting formats.
  • Experience managing multiple brands, accounts, or advertising portfolios is preferred.
