Solutions Architect Role:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to prospects and customers throughout the pre-sales process.
- Own technical evaluations, including proof of value activities and the design and delivery of technical workshops.
- Identify and address technical risks, aligning them to customer business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales directors and account executives to shape account strategies.
- Maintain expertise in GitLab and related technologies through training and certifications.
- Educate customers on the value of the GitLab platform and modern software development practices.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with Spanish proficiency.
- Experience with modern software development practices and related technologies.
- Ability to design and present technical solutions that address customer requirements.
