Site Reliability Engineering Manager

About the Role:

• Lead the SRE team, define SLOs, and own observability and release safety.
• Build resilience, remove toil, and fix issues systemically.
• Measure outcomes and support product engineering teams on reliability.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in software engineering or infrastructure, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SLIs, SLOs, and experience with OpenTelemetry, Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, and Java.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and run blameless retrospectives.
