Responsibilities:
- Investigate, evaluate, and manage complex, high-exposure multi-line claims in accordance with CCMSI standards and state laws
- Lead claim strategy on heavily litigated files, working closely with defense counsel
- Perform detailed coverage analysis including policy interpretation and risk transfer
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of multi-line claims handling experience
- 5+ years managing complex, high-exposure litigated claims
- Advanced coverage analysis and litigation management skills
- Current adjuster license in home state
