Job Description
The Field Architect role at MinIO will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement robust sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the rest of the Customer Experience team along with the Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to assure customers are successful in POC, onboarding, production, and beyond.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and pipeline. Utilize your knowledge of Kubernetes to provide technical guidance and support to the sales team. Engage with customers to understand their business needs and articulate our value proposition. Create sales collateral that effectively showcase our offerings. Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on Salesforce best practices and Kubernetes integration.
