What you'll do:
- Scale outreach: Build and run high-volume outreach systems, including sourcing, sequencing, follow-ups, and automation.
- Negotiate and close: Run negotiations with creators, managers, and agencies across many deals at once.
How you'll work:
- Own the pipeline: Keep the creator CRM and deal tracker accurate and current.
- Measure and optimize: Report on views, CPM, signups, and ROI for every campaign.
Who you are:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Strong negotiation skills with direct experience contracting creators, managers, and agencies.
