Job Description
As a Fraud Investigator, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing after-care to Monzo customers who have fallen victim to various types of fraud.
- Gathering evidence from customers via in-app chat and calls.
- Probing for further evidence and investigating claims with empathy and attention to detail.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Working within regulated and unregulated deadlines to support performance and knowledge.
- Making decisions on cases and upholding or declining fraud claims up to £5,000.
- Triaging cases with a value of more than £5,000 for upward escalation.
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a Fraud role within financial services.
- Strong expertise in investigating, problem solving and decision making.
