We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development professional to join our team and play a key role in driving the growth of our automation testing solutions, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in Vietnam and region markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering fields such as mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics, and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry, build relationships with global clients, and contribute to the company’s annual revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on the expansion of domestic market and collaborate on international markets with Averna global sales teams. Drive sales development, identifying and securing new clients for automation testing machine solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the continuous growth of business in key markets. Understand customer needs and provide tailored automation testing solutions to meet their specific requirements. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, etc.) to ensure product and service excellence. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the automation testing industry. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Accountable for business development and sales bookings/accounts. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
