Job Description
The Senior Engagement Lead with deep expertise in the Energy & Utilities sector will drive business growth and shape innovative AI, data, and digital transformation solutions. This dedicated resource will work as a bridge between the Sales and Presales ecosystem and who understands the domain while targeting both tactical, innovative as well as large opportunities, build strategic alliances and partnerships, and engage with the client and partner ecosystem to create a 'fit for purpose' solution strategy.
Specific Responsibilities include leading the presales process by understanding client needs, crafting solution proposals, and delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams to design and position AI-driven and digital solutions for utilities; engaging with stakeholders, including C-level executives; developing industry-specific case studies and proof of concepts; conducting market research; supporting sales teams in responding to RFPs/RFIs; and working closely with delivery teams.
