Senior Wage & Hour Class Action Attorney

About the Role:

• This fully remote position offers substantial responsibility and challenging legal work.
• You will lead sophisticated employment litigation representing employees in wage and hour disputes and class actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all key stages of civil litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and courtroom proceedings.
• Prepare and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and represent clients in state and federal courts.
• Collaborate with legal colleagues to advance complex class and representative actions.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of civil litigation experience with prior class action and wage and hour matter handling.
• Active license to practice law in Minnesota or another US jurisdiction with Minnesota Bar admission pending.
• Strong oral advocacy, legal research, writing, and case strategy skills.
