Labor & Employment Staff Attorney or Counsel

Role Overview:

• Serve as a staff attorney or counsel in a flexible, fully remote labor and employment practice.
• Focus on complex, high-impact matters without traditional partner-track demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employment litigation in federal and state courts, including discovery and motions.
• Defend clients in EEOC charges and other administrative proceedings.
• Support settlement negotiations and collaborate with legal teams.

Requirements:

• At least five years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Active bar admission in the state of residence and a state where the partner company maintains an office.
• Strong time management and comfort with an hourly, assignment-based structure.
