Portfolio Strategy and Vision:
- Set the strategic vision for HealthEquity's digital health category as a cornerstone of Marketplace impact.
- Own the end-to-end member experience across all digital health programs, including partner-delivered experiences.
Partner and Merchant Ownership:
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners; manage renewals, expansions, and renegotiations.
- Hold partners accountable to volume, quality, and service level commitments.
Performance Ownership:
- Own P&L level outcomes including subscriber growth, revenue, margin, and churn.
- Build unit economics and churn models to inform pricing, promotion, and partner terms.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Design on program requirements and custom UX.
- Represent the digital health category to Marketplace and HealthEquity leadership.
