Commercial Finance Business Partner

The Commercial Finance Business Partner will provide financial insight, analysis, and strategic guidance to support the Commercial Leadership team. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, finance and delivery teams to ensure revenue growth, profitability, KPI attainment and alignment with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities include business partnering with the CRO and Sales Directors, supporting strategic initiatives, assessing potential investments, and performing post-decision-making evaluations. The role also involves performance management, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and profit improvement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, along with relevant professional qualifications and proven experience in Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Sales Finance roles.
