People Product Specialist

What you'll be doing:

• Build and improve the tools and processes behind every stage of the employee journey.
• Design and run surveys, gather qualitative feedback, and turn it into concrete product improvements.
• Build internal automations and use AI tools to prototype and ship people products faster.

What we're looking for:

• A product mindset: curious about why a process exists and what it should feel like for the employee.
• Ability to interpret data and turn feedback into insights.
• Experience building live products from scratch, including using AI-assisted development tools.

What success looks like:

• You're equally comfortable quietly making a workflow run in the background and being in front of employees asking what's working for them.
• You know how to turn one into the other.
