Location:
- Remote from GMT -3 up to +2 GMT
Role:
- Own People products and projects from problem identification to rollout and iteration.
- Speak regularly with managers and ICs to understand recurring friction and improve People infrastructure.
- Turn recurring questions and manual work into clearer tools, better workflows or automation.
Success:
- First 30 days: Understand operations and identify key friction points.
- First 3 months: Own several People products end-to-end and improve them based on feedback.
- First 6 months: Enable more autonomy through built infrastructure, decreasing manual work and shipping improvements across onboarding, performance, compensation, and career development.
