Functional Consultant

Provide high quality software implementation consultancy to Flintfox customers. The Consultant acts as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams, providing guidance that ensures the technical capabilities of our software customisations match agreed requirements. The jobholder will also provide requirements analysis, solution and configuration design, customisation solution design, implementation, training, integration, testing and production support to customers either on-site or remotely. Able to define the requirements of the customer and play them back to the customer to agree them. Able to learn, articulate, configure and design a solution for the requirements of customers. Takes task ownership for ensuring the customer’s requirements, issues are solved regardless of functional or technical in nature. Develops and maintains strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
