Sr. Implementation Manager (SFDC & CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Drive enterprise-wide CRM strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer experience objectives.
• Manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders using structured methodologies like Agile or Scrum.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in CRM implementation and project management, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications like Sales Cloud Consultant preferred.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and integration patterns.
