Responsibilities:
- Conduct OCM activities, including vision discovery.
- Develop and execute new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot.
- Strategize the change, build communication and training plans.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Copilot.
- Experience with GCC High migration projects and Power Platform.
Core OCM Knowledge:
- Know and practice every piece of the methodology within the execution phase.
- Communication, training, measuring, adjusting, establishing and nurturing community of champions.
- Support senior consultant in the build phase.
