As a Technical Support Agent you will provide first-level support for POS hardware/software and PAR products. You will also resolve operational and technical issues quickly and efficiently, log and manage incidents using our service management tools, and follow escalation workflows and contribute to our knowledge base. The goal is to deliver exceptional service that fosters total customer satisfaction and complete administrative support tasks related to customer service.
