Manager – IT

Seeking an experienced and hands-on Manager – IT to lead a team of developers and architects working across Java, .NET, PL/SQL, T-SQL, and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile setup. Responsibilities include overseeing full-stack application development, reviewing solution architecture, managing project delivery using Agile/Scrum, and implementing DevOps practices. You will also lead design, deployment, and optimization of applications on AWS Cloud and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence. Champion process automation, performance improvements, and modernization initiatives, contributing to enterprise architecture discussions and technology roadmaps.
