This customer success role isn’t typical because customers usually love the clear alignment of incentives by pricing based on how much money a customer makes. This alignment of incentives creates a unique customer success motion that requires familiarity with app growth strategies, analyzing customer data, proposing tactics, and developing educational collateral. First month responsibilities include understanding RevenueCat's use cases, meeting with various teams, and conducting initial customer meetings. Within three months, you should manage your customer portfolio and track success metrics. Six month goals will include refining your ability to share actionable insights. After 12 months, you'll contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue retention.
